Who Spring Day is
Spring Day is an American stand-up comedian, writer and actor based in London, who began her career headlining at the Tokyo Comedy Store while living in Japan. Since her Edinburgh Fringe debut in 2010 with We're Not In Kansas Anymore she has brought a run of solo hours to the Fringe, among them Learn How To Take A Punch (2012), Strong Codependent Woman (2018), When Push Comes to Shove (2019) and Exvangelical (2024), which went on to London's Soho Theatre in January 2025, and in 2026 she took My Name is Spring Day and Other Stupid Facts to the Brighton and Edinburgh fringes.
She has performed on the BBC's Live at the Apollo and UKTV's Rosie Jones's Disability Extravaganza, written for and appeared in the BBC Three sitcom Jerk, and written for Horrible Histories, Horrible Science and Audible's musical comedy Crush Hour.
