Who Reuben Kaye is
Reuben Kaye is an award-winning Australian comedian, singer and writer whose shows mix fast, politically sharp stand-up with cabaret songs, a live band and costume changes. His hour Live and Intimidating earned a Best Comedy Show nomination at the 2024 Edinburgh Comedy Awards, and his show Apocalipstik won the ICON award at the 2024 Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
His 2026 show Hard to Swallow was the joint winner of Best of the Fest at the 2026 Sydney Comedy Festival, a nominee for Most Outstanding Show at the 2026 Melbourne International Comedy Festival Awards and short-listed for Best Show at the 2026 ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards. He has appeared on Spicks and Specks and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Galas on ABC, Celebrity Letters and Numbers on SBS and The Apprentice: You're Fired on the BBC, and hosts the podcast Come to Daddy.
