Who Tom Allen is

Tom Allen is a stand-up comedian, presenter, writer and podcaster known for his acerbic wit and riotous storytelling, who won the So You Think You're Funny? new-act competition in 2005. He hosted The Apprentice: You're Fired for six years, co-hosted The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice and co-hosts ITV's Cooking with the Stars with Emma Willis, and he has appeared on Live at the Apollo, A League of Their Own, Would I Lie to You?, QI and The Last Leg.

His tour Completely sold more than 150,000 tickets in 2023 and 2024 and can be watched on ITVX. He is the author of the memoirs No Shame, a Sunday Times bestseller, and Too Much, and of his first work of fiction, Common Decency (2026); he co-hosts the podcast Like Minded Friends with Suzi Ruffell, hosts Pottering, and made his West End debut in Titanique in 2026.
