Who Tom Stade is

Tom Stade is a Canadian stand-up comedian, brought up in British Columbia, who made his name in Canada with the hour-long special Stade and Confused for the Comedy Network before arriving on the UK circuit in 2001; he is now largely based in the UK. He has played Live at the Apollo twice and appeared on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, The John Bishop Show, Stand Up for the Week and Mock the Week, was nominated for Best Headliner at the Chortle Awards, and has toured the UK with a new show every year since 2011.

A regular at the Edinburgh Fringe since 2006, he brought Tom Stade Rules to The Stand in 2026, and his specials include I Swear To... and an hour filmed in Kendal.
