Who Funmbi Omotayo is
Funmbi Omotayo is a stand-up comedian and trained actor who won Leicester Square Theatre's New Comedian of the Year in 2012, and who has also won the Amused Moose Laugh-Off and Best Newcomer at the Black Entertainment Comedy Awards. His sold-out Edinburgh Fringe show, Legal Immigrant, followed his childhood travels from London to Lagos and back, and toured in spring 2016 with two sell-out runs at the Soho Theatre. On television he has appeared on The John Bishop Show, Play to the Whistle, The Blame Game, Too Much TV and The Premier League Show, and in sketch shows including Channel 4's Tramadol Nights.
