Who Steve Gribbin is
Steve Gribbin is a stand-up and musical comedian who performs with a guitar. From 1984 to 1993 he was half of the political musical comedy duo Skint Video with Brian Mulligan, seen on Saturday Live and Cabaret at Jongleurs and heard on The Mary Whitehouse Experience, and he wrote for the radio series Week Ending from 1989 to 1998.
Since then he has become a fixture of the comedy circuit as a solo act and a permanent member of The Cutting Edge, the topical show at the Comedy Store in London, with Edinburgh and touring shows from Natural Born Kidder (1995) and I'm Turning Into My Dad! (1999) to Viva Gribbostania! (2012) and Shunted Again! (2017). He has been a guest on The News Quiz and Mark Steel's In Town, and in 2017 received the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Comics' Comic Awards.
