Who Iain Stirling is

Iain Stirling is a Scottish stand-up comedian, writer and presenter from Edinburgh, best known as the voice of ITV2's Love Island and of its American spin-off on Peacock. His first stand-up special, Failing Upwards, was released on Amazon Prime Video in more than 200 countries and territories, and he toured the UK and Ireland with his show Relevant in 2024 and 2025.

He has appeared on Live at the Apollo and the eighth series of Taskmaster, wrote, created and starred in two series of the ITV2 sitcom Buffering, hosted seven series of CelebAbility, and won the Children's BAFTA for Best Presenter in 2017 and RTS Scotland's On Screen Personality award in 2018. He co-hosts the true-crime podcast Murder They Wrote with Laura Whitmore, and his book Not Ready to Adult Yet was published by HarperCollins.
