Who Adam Newman is

Adam Newman is a stand-up comedian born in New Hampshire and schooled in Georgia who came up in Brooklyn and moved to Los Angeles. He has performed stand-up on the Late Show with David Letterman, John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show, Gotham Comedy Live and Comedy Central's The Half Hour, recorded the hour special Fuzzies for Seeso, and was a regular contestant on Comedy Central's @midnight, with appearances on MTV's The CollegeHumor Show and HBO's Last Week Tonight and Silicon Valley.

He was in Comedy Central's first class of Comics to Watch at the 2011 New York Comedy Festival and a New Face at Montreal's Just for Laughs in 2013, returning in 2014 and 2016 for HBO Canada's Funny as Hell. His albums Not for Horses (2011) and Killed (2015) came out through Rooftop Comedy, and his tracks Killed and Evolution were played on SiriusXM's Raw Comedy channel in 2023 and 2024.
