Matt Braunger is a stand-up comedian, actor and writer, born in Chicago and raised in Portland, Oregon, who moved to Chicago to start in comedy after studying theater at Manhattanville College. His hour specials are Shovel Fighter (Comedy Central, 2012), Big Dumb Animal (2015, for Comedy Central and Netflix) and Finally Live in Portland (2019, Amazon Prime), and he has done stand-up on the Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, The Late Late Show and Conan. He was a MADtv cast member in its 2008–2009 season, co-founded Portland's Bridgetown Comedy Festival, and has acted in Up All Night, Agent Carter, Take My Wife, Upload and BoJack Horseman; he hosts the podcast Advice From A Dipshit.
