Who Aries Spears is

Aries Spears is a stand-up comedian, impressionist and actor who grew up in New York and New Jersey and began doing stand-up impressions at about 14 at a comedy club in Harlem. His first big break came on Def Comedy Jam at 16; he then moved to Los Angeles, became a regular at the Comedy Store, the Improv and the Laugh Factory, and was a cast member of Fox's MADtv from 1997 to 2005, appearing in 198 episodes, the second-longest run in the show's history. He played Teepee Tidwell in Jerry Maguire and voiced Wizard Kelly in The Proud Family, released the special Aries Spears: Hollywood, Look I'm Smiling in 2011, and co-hosts the podcast Spears & Steinberg with Andy Steinberg.
