Who Tom Cotter is

Tom Cotter is a stand-up comedian who won the Seattle International Comedy Competition in 1994 and the Boston Comedy Festival, and was runner-up and the Breakout Star of the seventh season of America's Got Talent in 2012, returning for America's Got Talent: The Champions in 2019. His television credits include The Tonight Show, Last Comic Standing, his own Comedy Central Presents, The Late Late Show, Comics Unleashed and Gotham Comedy Live, and he is a regular at the Comedy Cellar in New York. His book Bad Dad: A Guide to Pitiful Parenting came out in 2016.
