Who Marcella Arguello is
Marcella Arguello is a stand-up comedian, writer and actor of twenty years, billed as La Flaca Explosiva, who moved from Los Angeles to Chicago. Her first half-hour special, Bitch, Grow Up!, filmed in New York City, came out on HBO Max in 2023, and her debut album The Woke Bully (800 Pound Gorilla Records, 2019) debuted at number three on the Billboard comedy chart and was named one of the best comedy albums of 2019 by the public radio show Bullseye, followed by Mercury in Reggaeton in 2023.
