Who Marc Yaffee is

Marc Yaffee is a Native American stand-up comedian, writer and podcast host whose clean act he bills as funny, not filthy. He started at an open mic in 1999 and has since performed in eleven countries on four continents and in forty-three states, including six overseas tours for Armed Forces Entertainment.

He founded and co-stars in Pow Wow Comedy Jam, which was featured in Showtime's Goin' Native in 2010, the first cable special with an all-Native American line-up, and was named Entertainers of the Year by the National Indian Gaming Association that year; he won the Ventura Comedy Festival's Funniest Person Contest in 2012 and has appeared on Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen, The Latino Laugh Festival and FNX's First Nations Comedy Experience. His Dry Bar Comedy specials are Mid-Laugh Crisis (2019) and Raising the Bar, Marc My Words streams on Nativeflix, and since 2018 he has co-hosted the podcast How Does That Happen with Dave Mencarelli.
