Who Jerry Rocha is

Jerry Rocha is a stand-up comedian from Dallas, Texas, who began paying his dues as a teenager and later moved to Los Angeles, known for brutally honest, tell-it-like-it-is comedy that often makes himself the target. He was a semi-finalist on the seventh season of NBC's Last Comic Standing, has appeared on Conan, Comedy Central's Stand-Up Revolution and SiTV's Latino Laugh Festival, and was the subject of American Journeys, a half-hour documentary on the Travel Channel.

With Gabriel Iglesias's help he produced his first hour, The Gentleman Jerry Rocha, which aired on Netflix. His albums are Take That, Real Dad (Stand Up! Records, 2013), Pickle Dick (2016) and Ay Girl (800 Pound Gorilla Records, 2019), and his track Weird Decisions, from Ay Girl, was played on SiriusXM's Raw Dog Comedy channel in February 2023.
