Who Jeremy Nunes is
Jeremy Nunes, billed as the Mayor of Comedy, is a stand-up comedian and author from Southern Illinois who developed his front-porch storytelling style at The Second City in Chicago, then went home to his rural hometown and was elected its mayor, and wrote the book You Can't Write City Hall. He has appeared on Last Comic Standing, The Layover, The Break-Up and Final Witness, in two PBS mini-series and a National Geographic special, and is heard on SiriusXM and ESPN Radio. His Dry Bar Comedy special Neighborhood Sasq-watch came out in 2019, a second special, Who's With Me?!, is on Amazon Prime, and he co-hosts the wrestling and comedy podcast Dynamite Drop In with Lee Hardin.
