Who Irene Tu is
American stand-up comedian, actor and writer, born in 1992 and raised in the Chicago suburbs, who started in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she co-founded and hosted the Man Haters comedy show and hosted the open mic Hysteria, before moving to Los Angeles in 2018. Her debut album We're Done Now (Blonde Medicine, 2022) debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes comedy chart; she was one of Vulture's Comedians You Should and Will Know in 2019 and a Netflix Is A Joke 'Introducing' comic in 2022, and has appeared on After Midnight, Comedy Central and Don't Tell Comedy.
