Randy Sklar

Who Randy Sklar is

Randy Sklar is an American stand-up comedian, writer and actor, one half of the Sklar Brothers with his identical twin brother Jason, a stand-up duo whose comedy, the New York Times wrote, accepts the reality of being twins but does not use it as a crutch. Together they have released six comedy albums, from Poppin' the Hood (2004) and Sklar Maps (2007) to Sklars and Stripes: The Tour Tapes and Hipster Ghosts (2018), made two Comedy Central Presents half hours, the Netflix hour What Are We Talking About (2014) and the Starz special Hipster Ghosts (2018).

They are best known for Cheap Seats, 77 episodes on ESPN Classic, and have acted in Entourage, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Better Call Saul and played the Drs. Green on truTV's Those Who Can't. Based in Los Angeles, the brothers host the podcasts Dumb People Town and View From the Cheap Seats, and their track Tulsa, OK was played on SiriusXM's Raw Dog Comedy channel in February 2023 and on Raw Comedy in July 2024.
