Who Patrick Monahan is
Patrick Monahan is a stand-up comedian, billed as a multi-award-winning international comic, who reached the final of The Daily Telegraph Open Mic Award at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2001 and has brought a new show to the Fringe almost every year since, from The Comedy Clone (2002) and Cowboys & Iranians (2009) to The Disco Years (2015), Classy (2022), The Talkinator (2024), The Good, The Pat and The Ugly (2025) and I'm Not A Terrorist – I'm Freddie Mercury (2026), alongside shows for children. On television he was a contestant in ITV's Show Me the Funny in 2011.
