Orlando Baxter
Who Orlando Baxter is
Orlando Baxter is a nationally touring stand-up comedian who broke onto the Boston comedy scene in 2005 and quickly became one of the area's hottest young comics. Baxter taught in public schools for twelve years before leaving the classroom for stand-up, and turned that story into the one-man show Live From South High, about teaching, taking risks and starting over. Baxter's comedy has been seen on Conan, BET, truTV, the BBC, Amazon Prime and Dry Bar Comedy, and the special Glorified Baby Sitter, made with Angel Studios, came out through Comedy Dynamics in 2019.
