Who Lucy Frederick is

Lucy Frederick is a stand-up comedian, writer and actor, a regular on the comedy circuit and an MC at clubs including Up the Creek, Crack Comedy, the Good Ship and the Poodle Club. Her Edinburgh Fringe shows about the human condition run from In Pursuit of Cool (2013) and Positively Livid (2016) to Famtastic (2019) and Lucy Frederick's Big Fat Wedding (2022).

On screen she plays Tammy Triangle in CBBC's OddSquad and appears briefly in Wicked: For Good; on stage she toured as Rose Lavender in Myra DuBois: Cosmic Empath, made her pantomime debut as Fleshcreep at Theatre Royal Stratford East in 2023 and has played the dame at the Oxford Playhouse, and on 28 September 2026 she joined the West End cast of Oh, Mary! as Mary Todd Lincoln's chaperone. She has also written for The Guardian and Metro, and her plays have been staged at Off West End theatres.
