Who Lisa Mills is
Lisa Mills is an award-winning stand-up comedian, motivational speaker, actor and author based in Atlanta, known for clean, family-friendly comedy with a slightly skewed, southern-spun view of everyday life. Her full-time comedy and speaking career began when she was asked at the last minute to make a women's conference laugh.
She made her acting debut alongside Catherine Bell in Lifetime's Army Wives, appears with Chonda Pierce, Anthony Griffith, Taylor Mason and Brad Stine in Chonda Pierce Presents Stand-Up For Families on the Dove Channel, and recorded the special This Is My Real Accent, released by Comedy Dynamics in 2019. She is the author of the book Lord Did I Really Shave My Legs For This? and speaks on transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
