Who Dom Irrera is

Dom Irrera is a stand-up comedian from South Philadelphia whose national breakout came on Rodney Dangerfield's HBO special Nothing Goes Right. His HBO One Night Stand won the CableACE Award for best stand-up comedy special in 1989, HBO's Command Performance followed in 1992, and he won a second CableACE Award in 1995 as host of Showtime's Full Frontal Comedy.

On screen he has appeared in Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond, The King of Queens and I'm Dying Up Here, in the films The Big Lebowski and Hollywood Shuffle, and as a voice in Hey Arnold! and Back at the Barnyard, and he holds the record for the most appearances by an American comedian at Just for Laughs in Montreal, with sets at the Melbourne, Cat Laughs and Edinburgh festivals as well.
