Cristian Duran
Who Cristian Duran is
Cristian Duran is a New York City-based stand-up comedian, born in Brooklyn and raised in Florida, whose comedy is by turns insightful, irreverent, surprising and silly. He has performed across the country, including the Orlando Indie Comedy Festival, made the Elite 8 of Carolines' March Madness competition and was a semi-finalist in the New York Comedy Festival's New York's Funniest competition.
His debut album, King Latifah, reached number one on the iTunes comedy chart when it came out in January 2020, and its track Social Media and Social Capital was played on SiriusXM's Raw Dog Comedy channel in October 2022. He also created the animated show Future Hall of Famers in 2016, and directed and co-wrote Race: The Movie: The Play, which sold out three shows at the New York Theater Festival in 2022 and won its award for Best Script.
