Who Al Porter is
Al Porter is an Irish comedian, actor and writer from Tallaght, Dublin, who began acting at ten and went on to play the dame in Christmas pantomimes at Dublin's Olympia Theatre. At 22 Porter headlined three nights at Vicar Street, and Porter's Edinburgh Fringe shows run from Al Porter Is Yours (2015), At Large (2016) and Campus Maximus (2017) to A Work in Progress (2023). In 2017 Porter presented Blind Date on TV3, and after a sold-out tour in 2023 and 2024 Porter followed with the show Al Porter Algorithm.
