Shaun Johnson
Who Shaun Johnson is
Shaun Johnson is a Utah stand-up comedian, improviser, musician and keynote speaker, the creator of the viral comedy channel The Johnson Files, whose hundreds of videos, made over about a decade, have found an audience around the world. His 2024 tour show Use Your Karate became a Dry Bar Comedy special, with jokes about tipping culture and songs, and the channel carries his set When the Wives Invite Their Husbands on a Night Out (2026).
His second one-man show, Big Kid, a mix of songs, stories and jokes, toured Utah, Idaho, Texas, Colorado and Arizona in the spring of 2026, with a stop at BYU-Idaho. He has performed more than a hundred improv shows and tours stand-up to sold-out crowds across the country, and as a musician he has charted on several Billboard charts and in the iTunes top ten holiday albums. He also works with teams across many industries, using the principles of improv.
