Their stand-up
A native of Krefeld, Floehr won the Heinrich-Heine-Institut's youth literature prize in 2014 for a text that later appeared in his book Buch, published by Lektora in 2018.
Lektora has also published Dialoge (2019), illustrated dialogues first written for Twitter, none of them longer than 280 characters; Buch 2 (2022), short stories, dialogues, poems and jokes; and FLEURS (2025), a collection of overdrawn dialogues, absurd situations and surreal episodes.
With the cartoonist Andre Lux he edited Abendkasse – Eure schlimmsten Bühnenstorys (Lektora, 2021), more than two hundred anecdotes and comics about performers' worst-ever gigs, from contributors including Deichkind, Judith Holofernes, Shahak Shapira, Danger Dan, Moritz Neumeier and the 12 Cellists of the Berlin Philharmonic; all proceeds from the book go to Hand for a Hand, an initiative for freelance stage, lighting and sound crews.
In 2024 he reached the semi-finals of ARD's Comedy Clash, streamed live on ARD's Twitch channel, and on 5 November 2024 used his semi-final set to drum up enthusiasm for France.
On NightWash Live, in a set published in April 2020, he read some of his short Twitter dialogues and gave his personal review of 2019.
He has performed in more than 240 towns and cities across Germany and, abroad, in Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Estonia, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, among them Vienna, Graz, Zurich, Basel, Brussels, Tallinn and Paris.
In May 2026 he set out with the musician Livi to write and produce his own Eurovision song for a Sachgeschichte on WDR's Die Sendung mit der Maus.
In June 2026 he appeared in an episode of the live-recorded show Fun Facts, which he co-wrote with Anna Bartling and Jean-Philippe Kindler.
The television host Klaas Heufer-Umlauf has said of Floehr's books that they are guaranteed not to make anyone smarter, but are very funny.
