Fathertime Bourbon: The Beloved (Pre-Order Now)

Who is Jim Gaffigan?

Stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer and author known for observational comedy. He is an eight-time Grammy nominee, a multi-platinum comedy recording artist, a three-time Emmy winner and a bestselling author. His eleventh special The Skinny launched Hulu's Hularious stand-up line.

The Wall Street Journal dubbed him the "King of Clean Comedy", and his fourth special, Obsessed, gave 70 minutes to food, from fruit to seafood to donuts.

King Baby, the follow-up to his platinum-selling Beyond the Pale, is the Austin performance that closed his sold-out 2008 stand-up tour.

For The Pale Tourist he traveled the globe and turned what he found into new stand-up sets for each destination: Prime Video carries Spanish American and Canadian American, and the album adds Asian American and Florida Man.

His early release Doing My Time pairs a live album with his Comedy Central Presents special and holds early classics such as Manatee and Mexican Food.

The Prisoner is an old-school comedy album of brand-new material, with one surprise throwback, made for fans of his classic style.

His book Dad Is Fat spent 17 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list and was a Hudson Book of the Year, and Food: A Love Story took on his favorite topic.

He was master of ceremonies at the Al Smith Dinner in New York City in 2024.

In 2026 he hosted the 81st Alfred E. Smith Memorial Foundation Dinner.
