About Sarah Adelman
Sarah Adelman is a stand-up comedian and screenwriter from New York City and a former scientist.
She is a regular at New York Comedy Club, Union Hall and Don't Tell Comedy shows, has performed at the New York Comedy Festival and the Riot Comedy Festival, and was named a Gold Comedy 2026 Comedian to Watch; on television she appears in two episodes of the second season of HBO's Game Theory with Bomani Jones. Her one-woman stand-up show EGG, developed during a 2023–2024 residency at Ars Nova, has toured nationally, and her pilot BUSTED! won the Jury Award for Best Writer and the Audience Award in the digital short series category at SeriesFest 2025.
