Who John Caparulo is

John Caparulo is a stand-up comedian from East Liverpool, Ohio, who started in the clubs of Cleveland and Pittsburgh in the late 1990s before moving to Hollywood, where he worked the door at the Comedy Store. A 2003 set at Just for Laughs in Montreal led to The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Jimmy Kimmel Live, and he made more than 150 appearances as a panelist on E!'s Chelsea Lately.

His specials are Meet Cap (Comedy Central, 2008) and Come Inside Me (Netflix, 2013); he also performed on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour: The Next Generation and Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Tour, played Brian on ABC's Work It and voiced Headphone Joe on Disney's Fish Hooks. After nearly 500 shows in a two-year residency at Harrah's Las Vegas, he headlines weeknights at Jimmy Kimmel's Comedy Club in Las Vegas.
