Who Don DC Curry is

Don "DC" Curry is a stand-up comedian and actor best known as Uncle Elroy in Next Friday (2000) and Friday After Next (2002). He got his start in comedy performing on BET's ComicView, which he hosted in 1996–1997 and again in 2013, and he was a series regular on ABC's Grace Under Fire; he has starred in his own Comedy Central and BET comedy specials and has appeared on HBO's Def Comedy Jam, Martin Lawrence's 1st Amendment Stand Up and Comics Unleashed. His acting work includes a recurring role on Black Jesus, the voice of Mister Ruckus on The Boondocks and episodes of The Ms. Pat Show, and he hosts the podcast DC Curry's Dis-race.
