Who David Koechner is

David Koechner is an actor and comedian from Tipton, Missouri, who trained in improvisation at Chicago's ImprovOlympic and The Second City before a season in the cast of Saturday Night Live (1995–1996). He is best known as Champ Kind in the Anchorman films and Todd Packer on The Office, and with Dave "Gruber" Allen he developed The Naked Trucker & T-Bones Show, a stage act of stand-up and off-color country songs that became a Comedy Central series in 2007. When not filming he performs stand-up on tour and makes videos for his YouTube channel, Full On Koechner.
