Todd Glass started doing stand-up in Philadelphia in 1982, while still at Conestoga High School, and made his first television appearances on A&E's An Evening at the Improv in the late 1980s.

He competed on the second and third seasons of NBC's Last Comic Standing, had his own Comedy Central Presents in 2001, and launched The Todd Glass Show on the Nerdist network in August 2011; his special Act Happy debuted on Netflix in January 2018.
