Who David Nihill is

David Nihill is an Irish stand-up comedian, born and raised in Dublin, whose shows draw on having lived and worked in twelve countries, his attempts at learning languages and life as a mildly confused immigrant. He won the San Francisco Comedy Competition, was runner-up in the Moth's largest U.S. GrandSLAM storytelling competition, and has recorded the specials Documented (2019) for Dry Bar Comedy, Cultural Appreciation (2023) and Shelf Help (2025). He has been featured at Just for Laughs and the Netflix Is a Joke Festival and on The Late Late Show, and is also a bestselling writer.
