Who Alex Babbitt is

Alex Babbitt, known on stage as Mr. Babbitt, is a stand-up comedian from Brooklyn who started performing at 16, inspired by Eddie Murphy, Jamie Foxx and Dave Chappelle, and has become a familiar name in New York City comedy. He made his television debut on HBO's All Def Comedy, plays the city's clubs, among them New York Comedy Club, The Stand and the Grisly Pear, and is a favourite on the college circuit, where he has packed auditoriums from coast to coast. His act mixes rapid-fire wit and high energy with stories of growing up and lessons learned as a travelling comedian, and his track The Real Drug Dealers was played on SiriusXM's Raw Comedy channel in November 2024.
